📦 Orders & Shipping

How long does it take to process my order? Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.

How long is delivery? Standard delivery takes 9–15 business days, which includes customs clearance, depending on your location.

Will I get a tracking number? Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. You can also track it anytime on our Track Your Order page.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging.

How do I start a return? Please visit our Returns & Exchanges page or email us at support@liwacare.com with your order number to begin the process.

How long does a refund take? Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

🛠 Product & Care

Is the ClariFlow™ shower head safe to use? Yes, all LiwaCare products are thoroughly tested for quality and safety before shipping to ensure they meet our high standards.

Will it fit my existing shower? The ClariFlow™ uses a universal standard connection that fits 99% of all shower arms in North America and Europe. Installation is simple and requires no special tools.

How often do I need to replace the filter? For optimal performance, we recommend replacing the filter cartridge every 4 to 6 months.

How do I care for my product? Please follow the care instructions included with your order. If you need extra guidance or have misplaced the instructions, feel free to contact us at support@liwacare.com.
